We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Packages are sent via USPS, and tracking information is provided once shipped.
After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email detailing the items purchased and the total amount. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder
Once your order is dispatched, a shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
To view your order history, log into your account on our website and select the order you wish to view.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking details provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you face further issues, contact our support team.
No, we currently do not offer international shipping.
We have No physical location which allows walk-ins however this gives us an advantage to better serve our customers due to low overhead resulting in cheaper prices.

Shipping labels will provide tracking numbers and up to $100 insurance, along with a confirmation email when the item has been shipped. It will ship the same day or next day depending on the time the order was placed, however, orders can ship up to 2-3 business days after purchase. Shipments start their journey from Florida and usually reach their destination within 3 to 7 working days (Mon-Fri). The cost of shipping depends on the product's weight and dimensions, with charges determined accordingly.

We collaborate with both USPS and UPS, giving our customers a choice of Economy, Express, or Expedited delivery methods. For orders exceeding $30 destined for the contiguous 48 U.S. states, complimentary shipping is provided, though some exceptions may apply.

NOWCOLLECTIBLES is not responsible for any package that is lost, damaged, held, or stolen after it is handed off to the shipping carrier. This is why we provide you with free shipping insurance on every order! However, we will do everything we can to make the situation right and offer our assistance in the best way possible.
