Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We offer a 5-day return window from the date you receive your item. If 5 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot process a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by original tags and packaging
- Supported by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at Support@NowCollectibles.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can address the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount.
For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
